What you will do

• Manage the day-to-day content pipeline for the Angry Birds YouTube channel across all formats.
• Optimize video metadata, including titles, thumbnails, and descriptions, to maximize search visibility.
• Coordinate release schedules and manage the YouTube Community tab in collaboration with internal and external teams.
• Produce engaging video content, including filming and editing for YouTube Shorts and horizontal videos.
• Monitor performance metrics and use data-driven insights to improve engagement and growth.
• Plan and optimize Google Ads campaigns to support content launches and improve key metrics.

Requirements

• Fluent written and spoken English.
• Proficiency in video and image editing tools, specifically Adobe Suite.
• Experience managing moderate to large-scale YouTube channels using YouTube Studio.
• Must be based in the Helsinki Metropolitan Area (Espoo) for hybrid work.
• Strong attention to detail and a well-organized working style.
• Passion for content creation, pop-culture, and video games.

Nice to have

• Basic understanding of running Google Ads campaigns.
• Experience with SEO optimization.
