What you will do

• Set technical direction, standards, and architectural decisions for ML projects.
• Mentor junior and mid-level ML engineers through code reviews and technical guidance.
• Contribute code to critical components and build proof-of-concepts for new approaches.
• Develop reusable ML accelerators and frameworks.
• Troubleshoot complex technical challenges and manage technical debt.

Requirements

• Deep expertise in ML domains and extensive experience building production-grade ML systems.
• Proven experience with modern LLM-based applications and RAG.
• Proficiency across multiple ML frameworks including TensorFlow, PyTorch, and scikit-learn.
• Advanced AWS experience and a strong understanding of MLOps and ML infrastructure.
• Strong software engineering foundation: clean code, CI/CD, and advanced Git workflows.
