What you will do

• Act as the primary point of contact for clients, resolving inquiries with speed and quality.
• Assist clients with API integration and provide expert technical guidance.
• Collaborate with engineering to identify, reproduce, and resolve technical issues.
• Advocate for client needs to influence product roadmaps and feature prioritization.
• Develop deep insights into client trading needs to drive revenue and improve user experience.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Management, or equivalent experience.
• 2+ years of experience in client success, technical support, or QA engineering.
• Strong understanding of API protocols including REST, WebSocket, and FIX.
• Proficiency in explaining technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
• Fluent English proficiency is required.
• Familiarity with Python, Golang, NodeJS, or Java.
