TL;DR
Senior Software Engineer (Fullstack): Building and optimizing the Ad Manager (TAM) and AI-driven orchestration agents for advertising traders with an accent on high-traffic distributed systems and AI integration. Focus on developing complex services, reducing workflow latency, and ensuring platform reliability for thousands of global users.
Location: Hybrid in Montpellier, France (2 days remote per week). Relocation package available.

What you will do
- Develop complex services and AI assistants to automate redundant trader workflows and improve user journeys.
- Design, develop, test, and monitor production code autonomously for the Demand Platform.
- Collaborate with Engineering, Product, and UI/UX teams to frame projects and ensure successful execution.
- Propose and implement new technologies and architectures to optimize software engineering processes.
- Facilitate communication and knowledge sharing across international teams in France, Israel, and Slovenia.
Requirements
- Solid background in Front-End (React, TypeScript) and API development with associated design patterns.
- Proven experience with production practices including Release, Observability, and Troubleshooting.
- Strong problem-solving skills and a mindset where testing code is second nature.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a high-traffic environment with low-latency constraints.
- CV must be submitted in English.
Nice to have
- Experience with Scala or Go.
- Knowledge of BigQuery, MySQL, AWS, or GCP.
- Experience using AI routines to accelerate development speed.
