We are looking for a Data Analyst / BI Analyst to join remote outstaff projects for our partner companies.
Level: Middle+ / Senior
Format: Remote
Engagement: Full-time / long-term cooperation
English: B2+ required
Employment: possible official employment or contract cooperation in RF / RB / EU
Responsibilities:
• analyze business, product, operational, financial, marketing, or customer data;
• build dashboards and reports in Power BI / Tableau / Looker / Qlik;
• work with KPIs, funnels, cohorts, operational metrics, and performance reports;
• write SQL queries for data extraction, validation, and analysis;
• prepare recurring and ad-hoc analytical reports;
• validate data quality and investigate inconsistencies;
• translate stakeholder requests into metrics, dashboards, and reports;
• present insights to non-technical stakeholders;
• document metrics, report logic, and data sources.
Required skills:
• 3+ years as a Data Analyst / BI Analyst / Product Analyst / Reporting Analyst;
• strong SQL: joins, aggregations, CTEs, subqueries, window functions;
• Power BI / Tableau / Looker / Qlik or similar BI tool;
• experience building dashboards and analytical reports;
• understanding of business metrics and KPI reporting;
• experience working with raw data and data quality checks;
• ability to translate business questions into analytical logic;
• ability to explain insights to non-technical stakeholders;
• English B2+.
Nice to have:
• Power BI: DAX, Power Query, data modeling, RLS, scheduled refresh;
• Tableau: LOD expressions, calculated fields, dashboard actions;
• Python: pandas, NumPy, matplotlib, Plotly;
• BigQuery / Snowflake / Redshift;
• DWH / ETL / ELT / data marts;
• dbt / Airflow;
• Git/GitHub;
• A/B testing, funnels, cohorts, retention, unit economics;
• marketing, product, finance, operations, or BI analytics;
• FinTech / Retail / SaaS / AdTech / Banking / E-commerce domain experience.
