We are a fast-growing fintech company operating across global payment markets, delivering innovative payment solutions for high-growth industries. We are looking for an experienced and commercially driven Head of Sales to lead global sales strategy and accelerate international growth.

Responsibilities:
• Develop and execute global sales strategies
• Build and scale an international sales team
• Drive new business across fintech, payments, and iGaming
• Establish partnerships with PSPs, merchants, acquirers, and tech providers
• Lead commercial negotiations and close enterprise deals
• Expand into new international markets
• Work closely with executive leadership, product, and operations teams
• Monitor market trends and emerging payment technologies

Requirements:
✔ Proven senior sales leadership experience in fintech/payments/iGaming
✔ Strong industry network within payments ecosystem
✔ Deep understanding of APMs, card acquiring, and crypto payments
✔ Strong track record in closing high-value deals
✔ Experience building high-performing sales teams
✔ International business development experience
✔ Excellent communication and negotiation skills
✔ Entrepreneurial mindset and fast-paced execution
