What you will do

• Build and scale analytics and operations platforms to drive a 3-5x productivity uplift across teams.
• Lead personalization initiatives, including dynamic difficulty adjustment and song recommendation engines to maximize user engagement.
• Drive the company's AI-first transformation by building a hyper-automation platform with agentic AI capabilities.
• Own the foundational data infrastructure, ensuring data quality, accessibility, and proactive monitoring.
• Lead R&D labs focused on emerging music technologies such as AI music generation and real-time audio processing.
• Define strategic product roadmaps and manage cross-platform dependencies to align with business goals.

Requirements

• Experience building and leading high-performing technical product teams (Product Owners, Engineers, Data Scientists).
• Proven ability to define strategic roadmaps using impact-effort prioritization and ROI validation.
• Strong stakeholder management skills to collaborate with global partners and diverse game divisions.
• Experience in driving build vs. buy decisions for technical solutions and AI integration.
• Must be based in or be able to relocate to Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam.
