What you will do

• Lead the accounts payable team and oversee end-to-end invoice verification and payment management.
• Drive process efficiency and continuous improvement across all payable functions.
• Partner with Supply Chain, PMO, and Operations to resolve payment issues and streamline workflows.
• Prepare performance reports and ensure full regulatory compliance.
• Assess vendor financial stability to mitigate organizational risk.
• Develop and mentor the accounts payable team members.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 8–15 years of experience in accounts payable or finance.
• Up to 3 years of experience in people management.
• Strong skills in reconciliation, financial reporting, and vendor management.
• Proficiency in English.
• Collaborative mindset with the ability to influence across different functions.
