What you will do
- Partner with the global L&D team to design and execute the learning and development strategy for employees, new hires, and senior executives in APAC.
- Implement technical training centered on math, statistics, and engineering, as well as leadership programs for manager effectiveness and project management.
- Cultivate and maintain a network of internal and external experts, including coaches, trainers, and academic faculty.
- Foster an experimental approach by running pilot programs to prove concepts before scaling successful offerings across the firm.
- Devise methodologies for quantifying outcomes and measuring the ROI of development initiatives.
- Collaborate with Business Leaders and People Ops to define talent needs across diverse cultural operating environments in APAC.
Requirements
- 8+ years of progressive experience in Learning & Development, Organizational Development, or Talent Development.
- Advanced degree in IO Psychology, Organizational Development, Education, or a related discipline.
- Experience in financial services, quantitative trading, hedge funds, or high-performance technology environments.
- Significant experience managing complex, multi-regional programs in a matrixed, high-growth environment.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to influence and collaborate directly with business leaders, trading desk heads, and engineering leads.
- Established track record of using a consultative approach to deliver learning programs with measurable business results.
Nice to have
- Experience managing or using a Learning Management System (LMS) or Learning Experience Portal (LXP).
- Experience and interest in internal facilitation.
