What you will do

• Analyze state-of-the-art forward error correction techniques for optical coherent transceivers.
• Implement FEC and DSP schemes using hardware description languages.
• Develop and use floating-point and fixed-point simulation platforms.
• Contribute to reliable validation of ASIC-based communication blocks.
• Collaborate with engineers and scientists on complex optimization problems.

Requirements

• Engineering degree in electronics, computer software, or telecommunications.
• Proven programming experience in C, C++, Verilog, SystemVerilog, and Python.
• Strong written and oral communication skills.
• Curiosity, self-motivation, willingness to learn, and ability to work in a team.
• Eligibility to access export-controlled technology and software; an export license review may be required.
