Analog Design Intern (Analog IC)

What you will do

• Support analog IP development through IC design, layout, silicon evaluation, and characterization.
• Verify analog IC designs using Spice simulations.
• Run Electromigration and IR-drop analysis on analog IC layouts.
• Perform co-simulation between digital and analog designs.
• Develop and improve flows that support robust analog IC design.
• Collaborate with the design team and participate in advanced analog training.

Requirements

• Student status: final year of a 5- or 5.5-year engineering program at UTN-FRC, UTN-VM, UNC, or IUA, or enrolled in an Electrical Engineering Master's or PhD program at a university in Argentina.
• Understanding of transistor-level and CMOS circuit design.
• Experience with Cadence schematic capture, simulation, and layout.
• Ability to define and follow project schedules.
• Effective written and verbal communication skills.
• Applicants must be eligible to access export-controlled information; an export license review may be required.
