What you will do

• Develop and maintain React-based frontend applications, ensuring production quality during live hiring events.
• Diagnose, triage, and resolve frontend production issues with a focus on customer impact and outcome ownership.
• Collaborate with Client Support and GTM teams to prioritize and resolve issues under SLA expectations.
• Debug complex frontend issues involving state management, API integrations, and asynchronous workflows.
• Monitor application health and performance using browser tools, logs, and metrics.
• Lead code merges and production support activities while mentoring other engineers.

Requirements

• Strong experience with React development for large-scale, customer-facing applications.
• Proven background in supporting and maintaining production systems in live environments.
• Solid understanding of frontend architecture, component-based design, and state management patterns.
• Hands-on experience integrating frontend applications with GraphQL APIs.
• Ability to troubleshoot complex production issues using logs and developer tools.
• Must be based in Colombia or Chile.
