What you will do

• Lead the creative direction for long-form YouTube episodes and short-form distribution across TikTok, Reels, and Shorts.
• Develop a content system where short-form content acts as an acquisition engine for long-form episodes.
• Validate and test new content concepts using short-form metrics before committing to full production.
• Own the end-to-end creative vision, from title and thumbnail design to the final frame of each episode.
• Analyze YouTube organic metrics (CTR, AVD, retention) and iterate quickly to improve performance.
• Collaborate with production teams to ensure content resonates culturally and emotionally with parents.

Requirements

• Proven experience concepting and producing long-form, story-driven YouTube content (8–20+ min).
• Demonstrated ability to drive measurable traffic from short-form platforms to long-form videos.
• Deep understanding of YouTube and short-form metrics (CTR, retention, completion rates).
• Experience creating content specifically for families, parents, or children.
• Experience leading video projects from initial concept to final delivery.
• English: C1 level required

Nice to have

• Basic skills in video editing or thumbnail design.
• Experience building YouTube or other social media channels from the ground up.
