What you will do
- Provide day-to-day HR support and guidance to Team Leads and Managers within the Patient Experience team.
- Act as a trusted advisor on performance management, wellbeing, conduct, and employee relations.
- Manage the full employee lifecycle from induction and probation to offboarding.
- Coach managers to lead effectively in alignment with company culture and values.
- Collaborate on key people initiatives, process improvements, and organizational development projects.
- Ensure policy implementation and provide practical HR guidance.
Requirements
- Strong HR generalist or HRBP experience in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
- Experience supporting large frontline or customer-focused teams.
- Ability to work in ambiguity and adapt quickly to evolving priorities.
- Confidence in handling employee relations with a calm and pragmatic approach.
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
- Must be based in Cape Town and able to work on-site while collaborating with UK-based teams.
Nice to have
- Working knowledge of UK employment law.
- Experience using HR systems such as HiBob.
