What you will do

• Develop and implement features for Microsoft Azure hirify.global Files.
• Build software-defined cloud storage solutions running on Kubernetes.
• Collaborate closely with Microsoft as a primary partner to deliver first-party cloud storage.
• Identify and remove technical blockers to maintain team velocity and proactively raise major issues.
• Work across various components in a cross-functional development team.

Requirements

• BSc in Computer Science or equivalent practical experience.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in software development.
• English: Great verbal and written communication skills required.
• Strong aptitude for learning new technologies.
• Location: Must be based in or able to work in a hybrid setup in Reykjavik, Iceland.

Nice to have

• Experience with C#, Go, or equivalent languages.
• Proficiency with Kubernetes and container technology.
• Experience using Git or other version control systems.
