• Manage and supervise MHPSS staff including psychologists, psychiatrists, and social workers.
• Coordinate MHPSS team schedules to ensure service accessibility in IRC-supported locations.
• Conduct rapid MHPSS needs assessments and identify potential response strategies.
• Perform regular field visits to monitor adherence to protocols and maintain quality standards.
• Oversee data registration, collection, and timely reporting for program quality and donor requirements.
• Assist in managing medical supplies and equipment for MHPSS teams.

• Master’s degree in clinical or counselling psychology required.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in healthcare programs and NGOs.
• Bilingual proficiency in Ukrainian and Russian required.
• Intermediate verbal and writing skills in English desirable.
• Experience with evidence-based psychological interventions (e.g., IPT, CBT, EMDR).
• Willingness and ability to travel independently across nearby oblasts.
