What you will do

• Request and collect appropriate AML documentation from investors in administered funds.
• Liaise with investors and clients via written communication to ensure complete AML records.
• Screen investors and associated parties against sanctions, adverse media, and PEP association lists.
• Maintain and safeguard AML files and trackers in accordance with company data policies.
• Coordinate with internal Investor & Client Operations teams to resolve AML-related queries.
• Prepare comprehensive investor files for review by the Senior Manager, Compliance or MLRO.

Requirements

• Minimum 2-3 years of experience in an AML or compliance role.
• Proven experience reviewing investors for AML purposes.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills for dealing with clients and management.
• Strong attention to detail and a diligent, methodical approach to tasks.
• Must be based in Kuala Lumpur to support the hybrid working model.
