What you will do

• Lead and mentor a team of Brand Analysts, transforming them into strategic co-owners of their respective brands.
• Conduct deep-dive investigations into KPI shifts to uncover root causes and hidden trends.
• Monitor the entire business ecosystem, analyzing interactions between acquisition, CRM, and fraud initiatives.
• Translate complex commercial needs into technical requirements for Machine Learning models.
• Create innovative segmentation strategies to improve predictive accuracy for churn, LTV, and propensity modeling.
• Act as the final gatekeeper for brand health to ensure balanced and sustainable growth.

Requirements

• Proven commercial or analytical experience within Social Gaming or iGaming environments.
• Strong P&L mindset with a business owner approach to optimization and efficiency.
• Leadership experience with a passion for developing strategic analytical thinkers.
• Technical literacy in SQL and understanding of data structures.
• Understanding of how Machine Learning creates tangible business value.
• Must be based in Malta, Georgia, Greece, or Poland.
