What you will do

• Define the creative vision and video strategy tailored for Malaysian audiences.
• Develop scalable production workflows, studio setups, and equipment standards.
• Lead the planning and execution of high-standard video and livestream campaigns.
• Oversee technical quality across filming, lighting, sound, graphics, and editing.
• Manage and mentor the local production team, setting KPIs and raising creative standards.
• Collaborate closely with marketing, growth, and product teams to support business goals.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Media, Communications, Marketing, Business, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in video and livestream production.
• Proven track record of delivering high-quality video content at scale.
• Experience leading or mentoring creative or production teams.
• Solid technical knowledge of production equipment and editing tools.
• Ability to work on-site in Malaysia.
