What you will do

• Oversee comprehensive messaging strategy across all public-facing and internal channels.
• Lead external media relations by managing relationships with journalists, media outlets, and PR agencies.
• Develop key communications assets, including press releases, media kits, and executive talking points.
• Manage corporate reputation and execute strategic crisis communications to safeguard brand integrity.
• Execute internal communications to align staff activities with organizational goals and foster transparency.
• Drive communication strategies for Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) and sustainability initiatives.

Requirements

• 6+ years of progressive experience in Public Relations, Corporate Communications, or External Affairs.
• Experience within Fintech, Technology, or Financial Services.
• Proven track record of securing high-impact media coverage and managing global journalist relationships.
• Demonstrated experience in developing and executing crisis communication plans.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills for translating complex technical info into narratives.
• Experience as a company spokesperson or preparing executives for high-stakes media interviews.
