TL;DR
Post Production (Video): Creating and delivering short-form and long-form video content for social-first vertical platforms with an accent on editing, visual effects, motion graphics, compositing, and colour grading. Focus on managing end-to-end post-production workflows, maintaining output quality under tight deadlines, and developing visual storytelling that improves brand presence and content performance.
Location: On-site in Bandar Utama, Petaling Jaya, Selangor, Malaysia

What you will do
- Own end-to-end post-production for short-form and long-form video content.
- Perform offline and online editing, visual effects, motion graphics, 2D animation, compositing, and colour grading.
- Deliver video content optimized for TikTok, Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, and XHS.
- Act as the quality gatekeeper and provide creative input on storytelling, pacing, visual direction, and animation.
- Collaborate with Videographers, Creative, and Social Media teams to turn concepts and storyboards into final videos.
- Establish efficient workflows, file structures, version control, archives, backups, and collaboration processes using tools such as Frame.io.
Requirements
- 3–5 years of experience in a post-production house, studio, or in-house creative team.
- Strong experience with both short-form and long-form video content.
- Proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro, Adobe After Effects, and DaVinci Resolve.
- Strong understanding of visual effects, motion graphics, animation, compositing, and colour grading.
- Ability to work independently, manage multiple projects, and work quickly under pressure while maintaining production standards.
- Strong video editing showreel or portfolio demonstrating editing, VFX, or animation work is required.
Nice to have
- Experience with 3D tools such as Blender, Cinema 4D, Maya, or 3ds Max.
- Experience with other relevant post-production software.
