What you will do

• Manage end-to-end post-production processes for both short-form and long-form video content.
• Perform offline and online editing, visual effects (VFX), motion graphics, 2D animation, compositing, and color grading.
• Optimize content specifically for vertical social media platforms including TikTok, Instagram Reels, and YouTube Shorts.
• Act as the quality gatekeeper for all outputs, providing creative input on storytelling, pacing, and visual direction.
• Establish and maintain efficient post-production workflows, file structures, and version control using tools like Frame.io.
• Experiment with new formats and visual storytelling approaches to elevate brand presence and engagement.

Requirements

• 3–5 years of experience in a post-production house, studio, or in-house creative team.
• Proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro, Adobe After Effects, and DaVinci Resolve.
• Strong understanding of VFX, motion graphics, animation, compositing, and color grading.
• Excellent sense of storytelling, visual pacing, and aesthetics.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
• Strong video editing showreel/portfolio showcasing outstanding editing, VFX, or animation work is required.
• Must be based in or able to work on-site in Malaysia.

Nice to have

• Experience with 3D tools such as Blender, Cinema 4D, Maya, or 3ds Max.
• Knowledge of other relevant post-production software.
