What you will do

• Serve as the primary point of contact for labels, fostering productive and long-term professional relationships.
• Oversee all aspects of local and international physical distribution as a subject matter expert.
• Manage approvals and updates for both digital and physical release metadata.
• Collaborate with internal departments to develop and execute comprehensive release and catalog strategies.
• Distribute key assets to global retail and marketing teams to ensure alignment on release initiatives.
• Analyze performance data to propose optimizations that help labels and artists remain competitive.

Requirements

• Minimum 6 years of experience in music distribution (digital and physical).
• Fluent in English.
• Bachelor’s degree or higher.
• Deep knowledge of the music industry and strong passion for music.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for managing relationships with labels and partners.
