What you will do

• Manage equity and cap table administration using Carta.
• Support corporate governance, including entity registrations, licensing, and board support.
• Maintain corporate books, minutes, and resolutions to ensure legal standing.
• Conduct KYC and due diligence background checks for partners and transactions.
• Optimize department workflows and manage legal technology implementations.
• Coordinate signature tracking and archiving of final agreements.

Requirements

• Must reside in Vietnam and be available for periodic international travel.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent.
• Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in an in-house legal department or top law firm.
• Proficiency with Jira, DocuSign, and Carta.
• Strong ability to manage multiple complex projects in a fast-paced environment.
