Salary: $175,000 - $200,000 + equity

What you will do

• Develop integration planning and satellite build flows for the K2 Mega class satellite at the system level.
• Partner with production to define and iterate on solutions that increase build efficiency.
• Refine processes and create tools to reduce nonconformances at all stages of vehicle build.
• Serve as the primary integration point of contact for vehicle and stacked vehicle level proto-qualification.
• Drive electrical and mechanical design engineers to implement high-impact Design-For-Integration improvements.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in electrical, aerospace, mechanical, or other engineering discipline.
• 10+ years of experience in an integration engineering role.
• Experience creating and optimizing production processes and workflows in high-rate environments.
• Proficiency interacting with CAD software and CAD models.
• Experience working in a clean room and with ESD-sensitive equipment.
• Must be a U.S. Person (U.S. citizen, Green Card holder, or protected individual) per ITAR regulations.

Nice to have

• Proficiency in Python.
• Experience leading launch integration operations or payload integration.
• Experience in a test or automation role.
• Active security clearance.
