What you will do

  • Write comprehensive project proposals.
  • Lead and manage overall project progress and timelines.
  • Execute core planning duties for game development.
  • Ensure projects are aligned with the studio's strategic development direction.

Requirements

  • Over 8 years of professional experience in game planning.
  • Proven competence and experience as an organizational manager.
  • Ability to propose and lead core project values and visions.
  • Strong professional expertise in planning combined with proactive communication skills.

Nice to have

  • Experience managing a project from initial development through to launch.
  • Experience leading small-scale game projects.
  • Specialized expertise in combat, leveling, or balance planning.
  • Experience releasing titles on PC (Steam), console, or HTML5 platforms.
  • Broad experience playing various game genres.
  • Experience using AI to optimize development efficiency.
