What you will do

• Design, develop, and improve high-quality software solutions using industry-aligned frameworks to enhance business and platform capabilities.
• Spearhead the evolution of the digital landscape for FX offerings to ensure unparalleled customer experiences.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with product managers and designers to define requirements and devise solution strategies.
• Drive architectural decisions, lead large-scale refactorings, and establish patterns across a shared codebase.
• Mentor junior specialists, conduct code reviews, and promote a culture of technical excellence and knowledge sharing.

Requirements

• Strong proficiency in React and strict TypeScript, including custom hooks, advanced component patterns, and context architecture.
• Experience with TanStack React Query and Apollo Client (GraphQL) for server state management.
• Proven knowledge of Design Patterns and testing practices using Vitest and React Testing Library.
• Expertise with Playwright for component and E2E testing, including fixture design and API mocking.
• Location: Must be based in the Prague office.

Nice to have

• Experience with Vite, pnpm monorepos, and micro-frontend architecture.
• Familiarity with AG Grid, React Hook Form, and Zod schema validation.
• Knowledge of DevOps tools including CI/CD pipelines, Docker, and Kubernetes.
• UX sensibility and ability to make pragmatic UI and accessibility decisions.
