What you will do

• Gather, cleanse, and analyze data from various sources to extract valuable business insights.
• Develop and manage the master data set, ensuring high quality through validation and cleansing processes.
• Create reports and dashboards to visualize trends and patterns in complex datasets for various stakeholders.
• Maintain and improve existing data pipelines and analyze data lineage.
• Collaborate with IT and customer-facing teams to align data insights with company goals and customer value.
• Apply statistical analysis methods for comprehensive consumer data research.

Requirements

• Strong analytical skills with a high attention to detail and accuracy.
• Experience with data visualization tools and writing database queries.
• Solid understanding of data warehousing concepts and ETL/ELT processes.
• Proficiency in programming languages such as Python or Java.
• Working proficiency in written and spoken English.
• Location: Must be based in or able to work hybrid in Zagreb, Croatia.
