Location: In-person in Dublin, Ireland

What you will do

  • Collaborate with teams to design and optimize UI for live operations tools, focusing on the end user.
  • Enhance workflow interfaces to improve efficiency and usability.
  • Work closely with engineers to ensure seamless integration and functionality.
  • Maintain and evolve the company's design system for consistency and accessibility.
  • Conduct usability research and feedback analysis to refine internal tool interfaces.
  • Contribute to team QA signoff to ensure bug-free features in the live environment.

Requirements

  • Currently enrolled in a post-secondary or graduate program with expected graduation between January 2027 and May 2028.
  • Available for an 8-month, in-person co-op starting September 2026 in Dublin.
  • Degree in Design or Computer Science with a User Experience focus.
  • Strong understanding of UI/UX principles, interaction design, and responsive interfaces.
  • Proficiency with UI design tools such as Figma, Adobe XD, or Sketch.
  • Portfolio, resume, and transcript are required.

Nice to have

  • Familiarity with front-end development (HTML, CSS, React).
  • Exposure to data visualization frameworks and real-time analytics.
  • Experience working within multi-team environments on internal tools.
  • Passion for understanding user behavior and optimizing experiences.
