Creative Engineer (Graphic Design)

Location: Must work from the office in San Jose, Costa Rica, a minimum of 3 days a week

What you will do

• Create production design deliverables for site/app maintenance, digital advertising, and deck templates.
• Handle image processing, photo retouching, and photomontage.
• Produce animated and static online advertising banners and emails.
• Develop visual guidelines and assets from scratch or following brand guidelines.
• Ensure high quality assurance on all production deliverables.
• Collaborate with project managers, creative leads, and clients.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Design, Advertising Design, or equivalent experience.
• 2+ years of experience in advertising, digital, or design agencies/startups.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
• Advanced knowledge of UI tools such as Figma and Sketch.
• Strong experience with Keynote and PowerPoint.
• Must be based in or able to work from the San Jose, Costa Rica office.

Nice to have

• Knowledge of CSS, HTML, and JavaScript.
• Experience with After Effects, Adobe Animate, Celtra, or Orca Plus.
• Certifications in UX, UI, visual design, or design thinking.
• Working experience with animation.
