What you will do

• Operate grinding equipment, including swing frame and hand grinders, to perform finishing and deburring on castings.
• Ensure dimensional accuracy of castings using gauges and templates.
• Manipulate castings safely using overhead cranes and material handling equipment.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area while performing pre-start and post-operation checks.
• Collaborate with workshop colleagues to support production, installation, and maintenance activities.
• Participate in safety interactions, training, and continuous improvement initiatives to reduce waste.

Requirements

• Must be based in or able to work in Chilca, Peru.
• At least three years of experience operating grinding equipment in foundry or heavy manufacturing environments.
• Technical background, preferably with a Foundry Grinding Operator certification or equivalent.
• Strong commitment to safety, quality, and sustainability standards.
• Ability to perform physical tasks and handle heavy materials safely.
• Intermediate or conversational English is valued.
