What you will do

• Analyze data conversion pipelines to identify gaps and mapping errors when transforming raw exchange feeds into internal schemas.
• Design robust, deterministic data models to guarantee accuracy during multi-asset normalization.
• Author and maintain functional specifications, user stories, and acceptance criteria for equities, fixed income, and derivatives asset classes.
• Manage the full requirements lifecycle from intake and analysis through development handoff and QA validation.
• Investigate and define resolution paths for critical production issues and enhancement requests.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Computer Science, Information Systems, or equivalent practical experience.
• 5+ years of experience in a data analyst role, preferably within capital markets or fintech.
• Hands-on experience with market data structures, trading protocols, and order lifecycle workflows.
• Proficiency in producing structured functional documentation, including data flow diagrams and process maps.
• Experience working within Agile frameworks (Scrum or Kanban) collaborating with engineering and QA teams.
• Must be based in Vilnius, Lithuania.

Nice to have

• Experience integrating or mapping data from trading platforms, market data vendors, or exchange feeds.
• Familiarity with SQL or structured data formats used in financial systems.
