What you will do

• Develop sponsorships and local engagement activities across East Europe sites.
• Evaluate communication activities using KPIs to align with business objectives.

Requirements

• Degree in Communications, Public Relations, or Marketing Communication.
• 3-5 years of experience in B2B communications.
• Fluency in English and proficiency in at least one East European language.
• Proven experience in project management and evaluation.
• Experience working with communication or marketing agencies.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).

Nice to have

• Experience with design tools such as Canva or Capcut.
