TL;DR

Senior Frontend Software Engineer (React): Building and optimizing the UI layer for the Net2Phone UCaaS platform with an accent on React-based SPA development and AWS-based infrastructure management. Focus on designing scalable component architectures, implementing CI/CD pipelines via AWS CDK, and mentoring the team to improve overall code quality and performance.

Location: Must be based in Belarus, Georgia, or Moldova (Hybrid/Onsite options available in Minsk, Tbilisi, and Chișinău; Remote B2B available for Georgia and Moldova).

What you will do

  • Design and build features for the SPOG B2B client using React 18, Vite, and MobX.
  • Manage UI delivery infrastructure using AWS CDK, including CloudFront, S3, and Lambda@Edge.
  • Develop and maintain Lambda functions for request routing and telemetry.
  • Establish UI architecture patterns, performance budgets, and CI quality gates across the organization.
  • Partner with Product Owners to scope tasks and define technical trade-offs.
  • Mentor teammates and conduct code reviews to foster technical growth.

Requirements

  • Strong proficiency in ECMAScript 2016+ and TypeScript.
  • Hands-on experience with AWS CDK (TypeScript) and cloud services (CloudFront, S3, Lambda).
  • Deep understanding of modern frontend build systems and performance optimization techniques.
  • Experience with CI/CD pipelines, specifically GitHub Actions.
  • English: B2 level or higher required.
  • Russian: Native proficiency required.

Nice to have

  • Experience with Electron or desktop-shell development.
  • Knowledge of micro-frontend architectures and runtime composition.
  • Background in WebRTC, SIP, or real-time communication.
  • Experience with Docker or Jenkins.
