What you will do

• Act as a trusted advisor to clients and partners in Italy and the EMEA region to address security and data protection challenges.
• Lead technical discussions, live product demonstrations, and articulate the value proposition to both technical and business stakeholders.
• Partner with sales teams to develop tailored proposals and lead proof-of-concept (PoC) projects.
• Train and enable local partners to independently position and demonstrate hirify.global solutions.
• Perform detailed security assessments of client infrastructures to identify vulnerabilities and recommend improvements.
• Represent the company at industry events and contribute to thought leadership via webinars and panels.

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of experience in pre-sales engineering or technical consulting within the cybersecurity field.
• Deep understanding of EDR, XDR, network security, incident response, threat intelligence, and DLP.
• Hands-on experience with at least two security technologies (e.g., EDR, XDR, NDR, or DLP).
• Fluent in both Italian and English is essential.
• Based in Milan with a willingness to travel across Italy.
• Familiarity with EU regulatory and compliance frameworks.

Nice to have

• Industry certifications such as CISSP, CISM, or CEH.
• Knowledge of cloud security and OT security.
• Previous experience with enterprise security technologies.
