What you will do

• Perform onsite service, maintenance, and troubleshooting of precision equipment at customer facilities.
• Utilize electronic test equipment such as oscilloscopes and digital multimeters to diagnose hardware issues.
• Engage in active communication with customers and visiting engineers from international locations.
• Document service activities and maintain high standards of equipment performance in cleanroom environments.
• Manage frequent business travel to support customer sites, particularly during the initial onboarding period.

Requirements

• High school–level understanding of electrical physics is required.
• Basic English reading and writing skills are required for technical communication.
• Proficiency with standard office applications including Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
• Ability to use common hand tools and electronic test equipment.
• Must be comfortable with frequent work-related travel.
• Experience in electrical/electronic engineering or semiconductor-related industries is preferred.
