What you will do

• Drive business growth by delivering key customer acquisition and retention KPIs for both sides of the marketplace
• Shape the national marketing strategy, optimizing the mix across digital, media, partnerships, and offline branding
• Ensure consistent brand positioning by leveraging local insights and customer research
• Supervise and refine creative materials to resonate with the local audience
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Business Development, Product, Marketplace Efficiency, Driver Operations, Legal, and PR teams
• Develop and execute strategic partnerships with local brands to enhance market impact

Requirements

• 5+ years of digital consumer marketing experience in a global company, with 3+ years in a similar role
• Experience working with mobile products, preferably in ride-hailing or a similar tech industry
• Proven track record of delivering multiple marketing projects in a fast-paced environment
• Hands-on project management experience, including agency management
• Strong data and analytical skills for evaluating campaign effectiveness
• Fluent Spanish and English proficiency required
• Must be based in Santiago, Chile
