What you will do
- Support the editorial process for academic research journals within your domain of expertise.
- Organize the peer review process for submitted manuscripts and coordinate editorial decisions.
- Format manuscripts according to in-house standards and ensure consistency.
- Handle email communication between authors, reviewers, and the editorial office.
- Ensure scholarly articles are published accurately and within established deadlines.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for external authors and readers.
Requirements
- Master or Ph.D. degree in Physics, Data & Mathematical Sciences, Computer Science, or related fields.
- Excellent written and spoken English and Korean skills.
- Must be based in Seoul and able to work fully on-site.
- Advanced knowledge of MS Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Passion for scientific research and academic publishing.
