What you will do

• Support the editorial process for academic research journals within your domain of expertise.
• Organize the peer review process for submitted manuscripts and coordinate editorial decisions.
• Format manuscripts according to in-house standards and ensure consistency.
• Handle email communication between authors, reviewers, and the editorial office.
• Ensure scholarly articles are published accurately and within established deadlines.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for external authors and readers.

Requirements

• Master or Ph.D. degree in Physics, Data & Mathematical Sciences, Computer Science, or related fields.
• Excellent written and spoken English and Korean skills.
• Must be based in Seoul and able to work fully on-site.
• Advanced knowledge of MS Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Passion for scientific research and academic publishing.
