What you will do

• Cultivate and maintain strategic relationships with government officials, policymakers, and industry leaders.
• Oversee platform licensing at the state level for all business verticals including ride-hailing, couriers, and cargo.
• Develop and implement a national government relations strategy with clear OKRs and roadmaps.
• Manage regulatory and political crises by formulating and executing effective mitigation plans.
• Advocate for regulatory environments that support the growth of technology platforms.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure regulatory compliance and address potential challenges.

Requirements

• 6+ years of experience in government relations or public policy.
• Proven track record in designing and executing public policy strategies.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in Spanish and English.
• Deep understanding of legislative, regulatory, and political processes in highly regulated industries.
• Degree in Law, Economics, Political Science, or International Affairs.
• Ability to synthesize complex regulatory matters for diverse audiences.
