What you will do

• Guide users through the registration process and verify system data for onboarding.
• Interact with the partner database via calls and messengers to increase driver activity and involvement.
• Execute campaigns to reactivate inactive users and monitor churn rate metrics.
• Track market conditions and competitor activities within the industry.
• Prepare operational KPI reports and organize feedback collection through NPS surveys.
• Provide operational support during new region launches and local pilot tests.

Requirements

• Fluency in Kazakh and Russian (both written and verbal) is mandatory.
• Proven track record in operations, customer service, or related fields.
• Proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets (filters and basic formulas).
• Strong communication skills and the ability to handle objections effectively.
• High level of precision and ability to work within strict deadlines (SLAs).
• Must be based in Almaty for hybrid work.
