What you will do

• Evaluate CRM marketing campaign performance across various channels.
• Build automated reports and dashboards for channel efficiency and user retention.
• Design and analyze A/B tests for messaging, creatives, and targeting.
• Forecast outcomes to contribute to marketing budget planning.
• Collaborate with data engineering to improve data pipelines and data quality.
• Develop analytical logic for user segmentation and behavioral triggers.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in marketing, product, or growth analytics.
• Proven track record working with CRM or performance channel data.
• Strong proficiency in SQL.
• Experience with Python or R for statistical modeling and data manipulation.
• Hands-on experience with BI tools such as Tableau or Looker.
• English: Professional working proficiency required.
