What you will do

• Lead mixed-method research initiatives (diary studies, surveys, interviews) to answer complex product and user questions for the Superapp.
• Design comprehensive research plans, screeners, and discussion guides.
• Independently moderate complex sessions, including sensitive topics and challenging participant dynamics.
• Synthesize data across multiple sources to identify nuanced patterns, drivers, and user needs.
• Develop behavioral frameworks and models specific to the Egyptian market context.
• Present high-impact findings and evidence-based narratives to senior leadership and cross-functional partners.

Requirements

• 2–4 years of UX Research experience with a track record of shaping product decisions.
• Strong command of both qualitative and quantitative mixed-method research.
• Ability to synthesize data from multiple sources into actionable frameworks.
• Proven storytelling and presentation skills for senior-level stakeholders.
• English language proficiency at B2 level or above.
• Must be based in Cairo, Egypt.
