What you will do

• Own the end-to-end contract portfolio, including real estate leases and franchise agreements, ensuring financial transparency and risk control.
• Manage and develop the contract management system, ensuring data quality, deadline tracking, and audit-proof documentation.
• Translate contractual terms into financial metrics such as cash flow and cost structures in collaboration with the Finance team.
• Coordinate the full contract lifecycle, including amendments, renewals, and terminations.
• Drive standardization, digitalization, and automation of contract-related processes.
• Serve as the primary interface between Global Legal, external law firms, and internal stakeholders.

Requirements

• Fluent German and English (spoken and written).
• Proven experience with lease agreements and complex contract structures.
• Strong understanding of cost structures, cash flow impact, and basic accounting logic.
• Experience working with data, systems, or contract management tools like Agiloft.
• Ability to bring structure into complex and fragmented environments.
• Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to drive topics and ensure follow-up.
