What you will do

• Own and structure strategic planning across multiple hirify.global markets to ensure consistent execution.
• Run the Market Operations business rhythm, including P&L reviews, KPI monitoring, and forecast cycles.
• Establish frameworks for regional market structures and align corporate functions with market needs.
• Create a regional visibility layer to track market performance and identify areas for improvement.
• Translate corporate strategy into actionable plans for country teams and monitor progress.
• Develop executive-level artifacts and optimize day-to-day PMO operational workflows and tools.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in strategy, operations, or consulting.
• Proven experience working across multiple markets or geographical regions.
• Ability to drive execution and turn ambiguous, complex situations into clear, actionable plans.
• Confidence in managing and aligning with senior stakeholders.
• Strong analytical skills.
