What you will do

• Monitor core ads performance metrics like eCPM, CTR, and ARPU to drive revenue strategy.
• Lead executive-level reporting and translate complex data into actionable recommendations.
• Identify and prioritize high-impact monetization opportunities across ad formats and targeting.
• Establish guardrails for traffic quality and lead incident response for revenue anomalies.
• Partner with Product and AdTech teams on A/B testing, roadmap validation, and asset prioritization.
• Define metrics hierarchies and build scalable BI tools and data marts for product needs.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in data or product analytics.
• Proficiency in Python, SQL, and BI tools like Tableau or Redash.
• Solid background in statistics, optimization, and causal inference.
• Experience designing data marts and analyzing large datasets.
• English: Professional working proficiency required.
• Must be able to work in a hybrid mode in Limassol, Cyprus.
