Location: On-site in San Francisco

Compensation: $250,000 – $350,000 OTE plus equity

What you will do

• Build the GTM motion from discovery frameworks to full-cycle execution alongside the founder.
• Convert high-intent users into enterprise agreements through pilots and commercial navigation.
• Own the full sales motion including qualification, POC design, procurement, and legal.
• Engage with engineering, product, and security stakeholders as a strategic partner.
• Deeply understand technical product capabilities to inform positioning and pricing.
• Channel field learnings into product development and repeatable sales playbooks.

Requirements

• 3–7+ years of full-cycle AE experience in B2B SaaS.
• Proven success in high-volume new business generation within PLG or bottoms-up environments.
• Experience selling to technical personas such as engineering, AI/ML, or product teams.
• Expertise in navigating procurement, InfoSec reviews, and multi-threaded enterprise cycles.
• Ability to thrive in ambiguous, zero-to-one environments.
