What you will do

• Own the launch, growth, and overall performance of the business in the country.
• Manage country P&L and key business metrics to ensure sustainable market growth.
• Identify growth opportunities and improve user acquisition, engagement, and retention.
• Develop and execute local market strategies based on insights and competitor analysis.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including product, marketing, and operations.
• Build local partnerships and represent the company in the market.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Economics, or related fields.
• 3+ years of experience in ride-hailing, marketplaces, or e-commerce.
• Proven experience managing market or country-level business performance.
• Strong analytical skills with experience in financial modeling and forecasting.
• Upper-intermediate English proficiency.
• Ability to travel as required.
