What you will do

• Track brand performance against global competitors.
• Conduct deep-dive studies into consumer behavior, motivations, and barriers to entry.
• Manage the full lifecycle of research projects from objective definition to final presentation.
• Source and manage external research vendors to ensure high-quality reporting.
• Act as a strategic partner to marketing and regional teams to influence business decisions.

Requirements

• 8+ years of experience in Consumer Insights or Market Research.
• Expert knowledge of U&A studies, segmentation, creative testing, and brand tracking.
• Proficiency in research platforms, Excel, PowerPoint, and data visualization tools like Tableau.
• Experience with statistical packages such as SPSS or R.
• Professional fluency in English is required.
• Must be based in Lima, Peru.

Nice to have

• Experience creating dashboards from scratch.
• Familiarity with Google Suite, Slack, and Miro.
