What you will do

• Translate engineering designs into manufacturable production processes and workflows.
• Support industrialization and New Product Introduction (NPI) from design release to production readiness.
• Develop process documentation, including flow diagrams, PFMEAs, control plans, and work instructions.
• Define tooling, fixtures, equipment, and production routings for new products.
• Conduct time studies, workflow analysis, and line balancing to identify and eliminate bottlenecks.
• Monitor production KPIs and apply Lean methodologies to drive continuous improvement.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering or a related field.
• 0–2 years of experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Eligibility: Must be Emirati Talent.
• Basic understanding of Lean Manufacturing and/or Six Sigma principles.
• Familiarity with time study and work measurement techniques.
• Proficiency in Excel and familiarity with ERP/MRP systems.
