What you will do
- Monitor and assess global emergencies, natural disasters, and humanitarian crises affecting company operations.
- Support crisis-related decision-making, including employee safety measures, evacuations, and emergency response.
- Coordinate ESG/CSR emergency response activities and charitable support initiatives.
- Collaborate with NGOs, humanitarian organizations, and internal teams for impact tracking.
- Prepare incident summaries and ESG impact reports for internal and external communication.
- Support crisis preparedness planning, emergency response budgeting, and operational readiness.
Requirements
- Experience in Crisis Management, Operational Intelligence, or ESG/CSR emergency response.
- Strong analytical and critical thinking skills for assessing humanitarian situations.
- Proven ability in global monitoring, incident assessment, and crisis response coordination.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Understanding of humanitarian response and emergency preparedness processes.
- Must be based in or willing to relocate to Almaty, Kazakhstan.
