What you will do

• Lead local driver recruitment, onboarding, activation, and performance tracking.
• Manage field execution by hiring, training, and coordinating local agents and freelance recruiters.
• Monitor key operational metrics such as MR, Done Rate, and active driver counts.
• Execute daily operational processes including incentives, payouts, and recruitment flows.
• Prepare operational reports and maintain dashboards to support scaling decisions.
• Collect and analyze field feedback from drivers and partners to improve service quality.

Requirements

• 2–3+ years of operations experience in ride-hailing, logistics, or delivery industries.
• Strong analytical skills with Excel and Google Sheets.
• Proven experience in hiring, onboarding, and managing field teams or external vendors.
• Fluent English proficiency.
• Proactive, detail-oriented, and highly organized mindset.
